Discovery & Assessment

Before we build anything, we need to understand how your operation actually runs. Where does the paperwork pile up? What takes three hours that should take thirty minutes? And — most importantly — what's the knowledge your senior people carry in their heads that the rest of the team keeps asking about?

Most of how a business actually works lives in a handful of senior operators. Their expertise is compressed into instinct and reflex, and the rest of the team waits on them. We sit down with those people, walk the operation alongside them, and capture how the work really gets done. You get a clear report: here's what's costing you time, here's what to automate first, and here's the senior-operator expertise that's now written down instead of trapped in one person's head.

Good fit if
  • Your team can't work without one or two senior people in the room
  • You want to see the ROI before committing to a bigger project
  • You've been pitched AI tools but aren't sure what actually fits
What you get
  • Operational walkthrough and structured interviews with senior operators
  • Prioritized automation opportunities with ROI estimates
  • Plain-language recommendations you can act on
02

Implementation

This is where the work gets done. We take the biggest time-wasters from the assessment and build systems that handle them — the repetitive workflows, document processing, customer communication, invoicing, compliance tracking, whatever's eating your team's hours.

Everything integrates with the tools you already use. No ripping and replacing your whole operation. We build it, test it with your real data, train your people on it, and make sure it holds up on a Monday morning. And your data stays on your systems — nothing leaves your control without your say-so.

Good fit if
  • Customers and coworkers are waiting because one person is the bottleneck
  • You've got specific workflows you need automated
  • Your office staff spends half their day on data entry and paperwork
What you get
  • Working automation — not a proposal, not a slide deck
  • Integration with your existing systems
  • Training and documentation your team can actually use
03

Training & Enablement

Your team has heard about AI. They've probably tried ChatGPT. But there's a big gap between playing with a chatbot and actually using AI tools to get work done faster — knowing which tool to use, how to get reliable results, and when to trust the machine versus when not to.

These are hands-on sessions built around your team's actual work. Not a lecture. They leave knowing how to use the tools, not just what they are.

Good fit if
  • Your team is curious about AI but doesn't know where to start
  • You're rolling out new tools and need people up to speed fast
  • You want practical skills, not theory
Format
  • Half-day or full-day hands-on workshop
  • Built around your team's real tasks and tools
  • Everyone leaves with something they can use tomorrow

Ongoing Advisory

Technology doesn't stand still, and neither does your business. New tools come out, your operation changes, and the automations you built six months ago might need tuning or expanding.

This is a monthly retainer for businesses that want a technology partner they can call on. New automations as needs come up, system monitoring, security reviews, and someone who picks up the phone when you have a question.

Good fit if
  • You want ongoing access to engineering expertise without a full-time hire
  • Your operation is growing and automation needs keep coming up
  • You'd rather have someone on call than start from scratch each time
What you get
  • Monthly retainer with dedicated hours
  • Priority response for new requests
  • System monitoring and proactive recommendations

How engagements work

1

Conversation

Tell me what's slow, broken, or driving you crazy. I'll ask questions, understand your operation, and tell you honestly whether I can help. No charge for this — ever.

2

Scope and build

We agree on what "done" looks like — in writing, with a fixed price. You get regular updates and the ability to course-correct before the invoice grows.

3

Handoff

You get the working system, the documentation, and training for your team. If it breaks in the first 30 days, I fix it on the house.

Straight talk on pricing

Discovery engagements typically start around $2,500. Implementation projects range from $5,000 to $15,000 depending on complexity. Training workshops start at $1,500. Advisory retainers run $2,000–$4,000 per month.

Every engagement starts with a free conversation. Scoped work with clear deliverables and fixed pricing — no surprise invoices. You work directly with me, not a junior associate.

Nonprofits and community organizations — let's talk. I want to help.
